Mr. Manditsch, a British national, has thirty-five years of experience in education, twenty-nine of which internationally. For the last twenty years, he has worked as a Principal or Head of School. This has presented him with the opportunities to work with students and families from a wide range of cultural backgrounds. Bryan has been working with both International Baccalaureate (IB) and Cambridge programmes. As an education pioneer, he has led many schools through the process of establishment, accreditation, training and development successfully. In a career of 35 years, Bryan has worked in England, Kenya, Kuwait, Qatar and China.

Ms. Patricia was born in the United Kingdom but was raised in Perth, Australia where her family have lived for the past 45 years. Being the daughter of an Irish seafarer, she has always enjoyed travelling to enrich her understanding and explore the many different cultural histories of countries. After many years working for the Australian educational system, Patricia and her family decided to further experience life as a global learners and they started their journey which finally led them to Vietnam. Patricia has had the privilege of working in the International Baccalaureate system for over a decade. She has worked in schools around the globe, including Saudi Arabia, Hong Kong and Papua in Indonesia as well as Australia.

An enthusiastic and dedicated teaching professional, Mr Bradshaw Bastida puts every student’s personal progress at the heart of education, empowering and leading his colleagues to do the same. In his 18-year career, Mr Bradshaw Bastida has worked across the English, Spanish Italian and International curricula, with 10 years spent in a senior leadership position. With the personal experience of having been educated in both the English and Spanish systems, he can uniquely empathise with the learning experience presented by an international education - from a student and teacher perspective! His roles within educational leadership have seen him work for one of Spain’s most prestigious secular Spanish private school, el Colegio Internacional de San Francisco de Paula; lead a British Academy Awarding winning CLIL programme; implement IB Diploma and IGCSE programmes at various schools to initiate a positive, distinctly global perspective for each institution; and secured the UK’s second Spanish Education Department’s Sección Española. While fulfilling his current role as IBDP Coordinator, he is simultaneously completing an MA in Educational Leadership & Management remotely with the University of Bath.
